Is Instant Messaging Convient? Of course not. Don’t be stupid.

I’m sort of a late bloomer when it comes to internet stuff. I just started using the internet about a year ago, and now i’m addicted. which is annoying, as my home connection is dial-up with a measly 26-point-something connection. So I try to go on at school as often as possible. Recently, I have been getting into blogging (this, of course, is self evident), and as a result, gotten a twitter account. as you may know, twitter is a sort of a mini-blog that you can update via your cell phone or your IM service. School computers being what they are, there is no IM service installed on the computers, except MSN. So, I have Portable Miranda, Gaim, and Google Talk, and i found out that updating my twitter timeline through Gaim takes about a half an hour! Fortunately, GTalk and Miranda work better.

This took about two weeks to get posted, as there was a blizzard in our neck of the woods three days before spring break. Hopefully this will be updated more frequently in the future.

Starting things off… with a kick

Why is coffee called that? why wasn’t it called jolt, or brown-bitter-tasting-liquid-that-makes-you-feel-awake? Hm. this is the kind of thing that keeps me up at night. Anyway, I’m a fan of energy drinks. Jolt, Ace, Full Throttle, Red Bull; I love ‘em all. Except the original Rockstar. that stuff tastes nasty. Personally, I like the orange Rockstar the best. And even better, at school it comes in 24oz. cans. Sweet.
