Why should this even be an issue?!?!

An artist, finding his music on iTunes without his consent, starts offering his latest album for free download on The Pirate Bay.

This makes me never want to buy music from  iTunes ever again.

This Morning

18 February, 2008

Well, this is delightful. I get up for all of that, and it turns out to be president’s day on me. Frickin’ delightful. So dad has to turn around and come back, and drop me off at Jitters. Which is all right, in and of itself, but still. Embarassing. I have to have something to remind me when there’s no school. I need to get home.

Dangit!

YAY!

It worked! With some last-minute editing with vim editor, and a reboot, I can now hear sounds on my Ubuntu installation!

Ubuntu

17 February, 2008

So I recently install ubuntu 7.10 on my computer. This inandof itself isn’t too bad, but the thing is that my sound card isn’t natively supported in linux. This seems to be a normal sort of problem though, so no real worries. I found a bash script that will do all of the downloading and compiling automatically, and…. it’s done. I have to reboot, and I’ll write a follow-up post, and flesh out my day in a little more detail. Oh, and I saw Jumper.

More after the reboot.

Evolve Today!!!

Slowly but surely, I’m splicing myself. Here are the results of my first splicing:

Once again, suggestions are welcome, and I do intend to do more of this kind of thing.

Back to Business!

All right folks, now that I’ve finally got my hands on Photoshop again, this thing can really get off the ground. I’m working on a wallpaper/website graphic for CAP, and it’s turned out like this:

Here’s the link to the deviantART site, where you can download it do your heart’s content.

Anyway, what do you think? Give me some feedback.
